In 1994 Everglade Windows achieved the industry recognised ISO 9002 Quality Management System Award. In addition, Everglade Windows has also attained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Award for Environmental care and waste recycling.
We are an award-winning company, with a hat-trick of successes at the prestigious G-Awards. In 2008, we were awarded G08 Training and Development of the year for our ongoing commitment to improving the capability of our staff members both in the factory and on site. In 2009, we won the coveted G09 Social Housing Project of the Year Award, for our work on the Larden Road development in London. This complex of new build and refurbishment mixed-use buildings was completed on time and under budget. We were involved early in the design process and advised Durkan Ltd, the main contractor, on practical ways to make savings without compromising quality. In 2010 we added G10 Installer of the Year to our collection, which underlines our position as the leading specialist contractor for windows, doors and façades in the South East.
Our experience covers all aspects of refurbishment and new build contracts, from high-rise tower blocks to two storey houses, and our combination of manufacturing expertise and installation services ensure that each contract is completed in an efficient, structured and professional manner.
Management Structure
Typical organisations have departments, with each area being responsible for what they do, with no realisation of their effect upon each other. This slows down communication and causes problems to be identified too late.
That's why at Everglade we have designed our corporate structure to create an integrated management team.
Our integrated management structure breaks down these inter-departmental and customer-supplier barriers so that each department can realise the effect they have on one another. This provides significant advantages by improving communication response time to clients, providing valuable feedback loops to ensure that processes are controlled and improved and important key performance indicators to benchmark entire company processes.
