Our People
Everglade Windows Ltd is successful fabricator and specialist contractor that has enjoyed a period of unprecedented growth. One of the major reasons is our commitment to training and development – from the most junior staff to director level - we continuously invest in developing our people as well as our customers and the result is a motivated, highly skilled workforce and customers who grow even in a difficult market.
Many companies provide training to their staff but at Everglade, we have made it part of our culture - which is why we built purpose-designed, in-house training facilities within our head office and invested £28,000 in training this year alone. Small and medium training rooms can be used stand-alone or combined for larger training events, and a separate workshop style environment enables us to provide practical, hands-on installation, survey and technical training.

Everglade has achieved Investors in People status and has expanded its training initiatives to provide a new series of training programmes for trade customers through our Elite Partner Network, including survey/installation, sales & marketing, and management and finance.
